Field test and Pilot with Carmel Blueberries- monitoring the blueberries atmosphere.
General info
In 2022, Todos and Carmel Blueberries conducted a pilot at Carmel Blueberries’ cold storage facility and shipment process to monitor the fruit’s atmosphere during the storage and shipping.
The next step was an accelerated test (at Todos’ labs) to stimulate the fruit’s ripening process proving that our system can detect it and alert before a ripening or fermentation process starts.
Project status
The first step of the project was successful, and the next and final phase (simulating international shipping) is coming soon.
